Hi! I'm Jess.
I am a mum to 5 beautiful kids.
I have had 5 very different pregnancies, births and postpartum stages. Why did I create The Fourth Trimester Doula? Simple! I want to be apart of helping parents-to-be enhancing their experience. A doula is a great way to get more tailored support for the amazing journey you're going on.
